How To Contact ClickFunnels Support
If you are looking for ClickFunnels customer support than all you have to do is as follows:
Step 1: Go to the help button from the top right hand corner of any page
Step 2: Choose between self-service options such as the docs section which is effectively a ClickFunnels wikipedia style knowledge base or Get Help to interact with the ClickFunnels support bot, raise a support ticket or speak to a ClickFunnels customer support agent.

Is There A ClickFunnels Support Number Or A ClickFunnels Support Email?
Unfortunately you cannot call ClickFunnels support as there is no dedicated ClickFunnels support phone number.
Similarly there is no dedicated ClickFunnels support email as all support tickets are answered by individual ClickFunnels support agents who respond to each individual raised ClickFunnels support ticket.
You will therefore have to follow the steps outlined in the section above to get your questions answered by way of email response (after raising a ClickFunnels support ticket) or by ClickFunnels chat support.
One exception is if the nature of your query relates to specific affiliate or billing related ClickFunnels support. If that is the case you can contact email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org respectively.
Note that the ClickFunnels support hours are typically Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (Mountain Time).
Can You Join The ClickFunnels Support Team?
While at first glance this may seem like a strange question, the answer is actually in a way you sort of can!
And no we don’t just mean applying for a job at ClickFunnels (which of course you can do by going here).
Instead we are referring to the new initiative that Russell Brunson announced at the ClickFunnels 5th Birthday announcement where he gave details on a new support scheme whereby ClickFunnels users can actually get paid to help answer open support tickets raised by the ClickFunnels community.

How To Manage Your ClickFunnels Account Billing
To access your ClickFunnels account billing information all you have to do is:
Step 1: Go to your profile in the top right hand side of the ClickFunnels dashboard and click on ‘Account Settings’
Step 2: Once you have clicked on Account Settings, go to Account Billing on the left hand side of the menu
Step 3: Once inside Account Billing you can manage a variety of tasks such as changing your ClickFunnels plan, cancelling your ClickFunnels account or updating your payment information.
How To Cancel Your ClickFunnels Account
If you want to cancel your ClickFunnels account you can do so by going into the same Account Billing section as detailed in the section above and then clicking on the ‘Cancel Account’ tab.
From here you can click the ‘Cancel My Subscription’ button and follow the on-screen steps but be prepared to lose everything you have on ClickFunnels!

How To Change Your ClickFunnels Billing Plan
If you want to update or change your ClickFunnels Subscription Plan, say to a higher enterprise level account, you can do so quickly and easily from the ‘Subscription Plan’ tab within the Account Billing section:
Then just click on ‘Choose a different plan’ button at the bottom.
How To Put Your ClickFunnels Account On Hold
Rather than cancelling your ClickFunnels account, we would highly recommend putting your account on hold if you need to take a pause and this way not lose all of your work.
It costs around $10 a month to do this and we think its well worth it over a permanent deletion of your ClickFunnels account.
To do this you will have to open a support ticket and request to pur your ClickFunnels account on hold.
